Disciples Cross
How would you answer these provocative claims about Jesus’ resurrection?

This commercial, rejected by a movie theater, poses skeptical claims about the resurrection and then invites people to a service where the questions will be addressed: The disciples stole the body; Jesus didn’t actually die on the cross; the disciples were hallucinating. Are these charges true?

I don’t believe they are.

The disciples stole the body – They were probably too scared to do this. The tomb was guarded by Roman guards who were under orders (likely consequence death) to guard the tomb.

Jesus didn’t actually die on the cross – Given the length of time he was up there and his condition going in, it’s hard to imagine that he survived.

the disciples were hallucinating – All of them? At the same time?
